Kora Hasan Evana brings a combination of academic, administrative, and climate innovation  experience to Metaphor Engineers and Sports. She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial & Production  Engineering from AUST and an MBA from Cumilla University, where she was consistently  engaged in education and co-curricular excellence. 

Her career journey reflects a multidimensional background: she has worked with Comilla  University, CCN University of Science and Technology, Cumilla Polytechnic Institure, the  Ministry of ICT, the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Bangladesh Academy for Rural  Development, and international development projects. With a career spanning academia,  government, NGOs, and corporate leadership, Evana brings multidimensional experience to  Metaphor Sports and Metaphor Engineers. These experiences shaped her strong foundation in  administration, leadership, and social impact. With proven results, active engagement, and  unwavering dedication, Evana continues to drive Metaphor towards its maximum potential. 

At Metaphor Sports, Evana is both Co-Founder and Head of Administration & Finance, where  she ensures financial discipline, organizational sustainability, and the integration of climate-smart  solutions in engineering, interior and sports infrastructure. She is deeply interested in hybrid 

technologies for turf projects in Bangladesh and is committed to positioning Metaphor Sports as  a model for climate-resilient innovation. 

Evana is also active in research and publishing. With several journal publications, She aspires to  pursue higher studies to strengthen the bridge between scholarship and practice in her field. Her  international recognition includes receiving the Best Presenter Award at the International  Climate Camp 2025 in Nepal, where she presented Metaphor Sports’ turf project as a climate 

smart local solution with global relevance. 

Beyond her professional role, she is passionate about tree plantation, knowledge-sharing, and  collaboration to drive sustainable growth in both her company and the wider community.
